01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and doktorjudi ("doktorjudi", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible atdoktorjudi.cam.

By registering an account, accessing, or using any service, game, or feature provided on the doktorjudi platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with ourPrivacy Policy and all applicable game-specific and promotion-specific rules, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all Players registered from Malaysia and any other jurisdiction where access to the doktorjudi platform is not prohibited by applicable law. 02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" — the doktorjudi online gaming website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated services accessible at doktorjudi.cam.
• "Player" / "User" — any natural person who has registered a verified account on the Platform.
• "Account" — the registered user profile and associated wallet created by a Player upon successful registration.
• "Balance" — the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded to a Player, subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total wagering turnover a Player must achieve before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer, the identity and age verification process required by doktorjudi for all Players.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" — any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is legally or technically prohibited.
• "MYR" / "RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency used for real-money transactions on the Platform where applicable.

03 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain a valid account on the doktorjudi platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. Doktorjudi strictly prohibits gambling by persons under the age of 21. Age verification documents will be required.
2. You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not on behalf of any third party, business, syndicate, or organisation.
3. You are not a resident or citizen of a Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
4. You are not an employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of any employee of doktorjudi or its associated companies.
5. You are not the holder of an existing active or suspended doktorjudi Account.
6. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

04 Account Registration & KYC

Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all related balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, Players must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian phone number where applicable. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account termination without prior notice.

4.2 KYC Verification

Doktorjudi is required to conduct KYC verification for all registered Players before processing withdrawal requests, applying bonus credits exceding specified thresholds, or upon our reasonable request at any time. Acceptable KYC documentation includes, but is not limited to:

• Malaysian MyKad (National Identity Card), valid passport, or other government-issued photo ID.
• Proof of address — a utility bill, bank statement, or official letter dated within the last three (3) months.
• Proof of payment method — front image of a card, screenshot of an e-wallet, or equivalent documentation as requested.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by doktorjudi may result in Account suspension and restriction of withdrawals until verification is completed.

05 Terms of Use

By accessing the doktorjudi Platform, you agree to use all services solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. The Platform is intended for entertainment only. The following general conditions govern your use at all times:

• You will use the Platform only for genuine personal entertainment and not to exploit any technical errors, glitches, or lopholes for financial gain.
• You will not attempt to access, interfere with, or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure, servers, or networks.
• You will not engage in or facilitate any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to payment fraud, identity theft, or chargebacks made in bad faith.
• You will not use automated systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• You acknowledge that online gambling involves financial risk, and you accept full responsibility for your gaming decisions and expenditure.
• You will not share your Account login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials is deemed to be your responsibility.

06 Deposits & Payments

Doktorjudi accepts deposits through a range of Malaysian payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and cryptocurrencies including BTC, ETH, USDT, and BNB. The availability of individual payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

6.1 Minimum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and may be updated periodically. Players are advised to check the current minimums displayed in the deposit section of their Account dashboard before initiating a transaction.

6.2 Player-Owned Payment Methods

All payment methods used to deposit on the Platform must be registered in the Player's own legal name. Deposits made from payment methods belonging to third parties will be voided and returned, and may trigger an Account review. Doktorjudi reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of any payment method.

6.3 Cryptocurrency Deposits

Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of confirmation on the relevant blockchain. Doktorjudi is not responsible for losses arising from exchange rate fluctuations between the time of initiation and the time of confirmed credit. Network fees are the responsibility of the Player.

07 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of real-money Balance (excluding non-withdrawable Bonus Funds) subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account must have passed full KYC verification.
• All active wagering requirements attached to any Bonus Funds must have been fulfilled.
• The withdrawal must be directed to a payment method that is registered in the Player's own name and has been previously used for a deposit where required by doktorjudi's anti-moneylaundering procedures.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per payment method and are displayed in the withdrawal section of the Account dashboard.

7.1 Processing Times

Doktorjudi aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times which are outside our control. Delays arising from payment processor or banking system issues are beyond doktorjudi's direct control but will be communicated to affected Players promptly.

7.2 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and vary by Player tier, payment method, and verification status. These limits are communicated to Players in the withdrawal section of the Account dashboard and may be revised at doktorjudi's sole discretion with reasonable notice.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

Doktorjudi offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referal rewards, and VIP programme benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only and may not be transferred between Accounts.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means MYR 100 bonus requires MYR 3,000 in total wagers).
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while certain table games and live casino titles may contribute at a reduced rate. Game contribution percentages are published individual promotion terms.
• Doktorjudi reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winings if it reasonably suspects the promotion has been abused, exploited, or claimed in bad faith.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the validity period specified in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• Players must be aged 21 and above to claim any bonus.21+ only.

09 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on the doktorjudi platform covers markets including but not limited to the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, Bundesliga, La Liga, NBA, and UFC. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on the Platform:

• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are final and will not be renegotiated after a bet is confirmed, except in cases of an obvious pricing error (palpable error) as determined by doktorjudi in its sole discretion.
• Doktorjudi reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds or on an event not authorised for wagering.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to confirmation and may be declined if the market is suspended at the time of placement. A bet receipt does not guarantee acceptance.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event and may vary based on Player tier and market liquidity.
• In the event of a postponed, abandoned, or cancelled fixture, standard industry settlement rules apply. Players should refer to individual market rules for specific outcomes.

10 Casino & Game Rules

All casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, poker, bingo, and lottery — available on the doktorjudi platform are operated by certified third-party game providers whose RNG outputs are independently tested for fairness and randomness. The following general terms apply:

• Game outcomes are determined solely by the underlying RNG or live dealer mechanics and are not influenced by doktorjudi or any third party outside the certified game engine.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term theoretical averages and do not guarantee specific returns to any individual Player in any session.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, the round in question will be voided and the wager returned to the Player's Balance. No claims based on expected or anticipated outcomes will be entertained.
• Live casino sessions are subject to the rules presented by the live dealer at the table. Doktorjudi's general Terms apply in parallel with applicable game-specific rules.

11 Responsible Gambling

• Doktorjudi reserves the right to enforce responsible gambling limits on Accounts showing signs of problem gambling behaviour, without requiring Player consent.
• Doktorjudi does not market directly to self-excluded Players. Players under self-exclusion must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by creating new Accounts.

12 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the doktorjudi platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Collusion — coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports market.
• Arbitrage betting — systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies to guarantee profits without genuine risk exposure.
• Bonus abuse — using automated accounts, syndicated play, or coordinated strategies to exploit promotional offers.
• Money laundering — using the Platform to process, conceal, or convert funds derived from illegal activities.
• Fraudulent chargebacks — initiating payment reversals in bad faith following real gaming activity.
• Use of automated tools — employing bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with any part of the Platform.
• Account sharing — allowing any third party to access, wager on, or withdraw from your Account.

13 Suspension & Termination

Doktorjudi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Detection of fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed by the Player.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other criminal activity.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or legal compulsion.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting our support team. Any remaining real-money Balance (excluding non-withdrawable Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player subject to completion of KYC and anti-money-laundering checks.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, doktorjudi, its directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from Player's use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunity arising in connection with the Platform.
• Any technical failure, outage, latency, or data error beyond doktorjudi's reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.
• The conduct or reliability of any third-party game provider, payment processor, or service integrated with the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. Doktorjudi makes no warranties, expressed or implied, as to the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud or personal injury caused by doktorjudi's negligence.

15 Intellectual Property

All content on the doktorjudi platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, graphics, software, game assets, text, design elements, and user interface components, is the exclusive intellectual property of doktorjudi or its licensors.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent from doktorjudi.

16 Amendments

Doktorjudi reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to changes in applicable law, regulatory guidance, or operational requirements.

Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of the amendment. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.

17 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which doktorjudi is incorporated or licensed.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly between the Player and doktorjudi through our internal complaints process shall be subject to binding arbitration or referal to the relevant competent authority, as determined by doktorjudi's legal counsel and applicable regulatory requirements. Nothing herein limits a Player's statutory consumer rights.
